yogini Siromani
"jewel of the crown of yoga"

As her offering to the world, Lila Lolling shares traditional Yoga teachings from the Saraswati Sivananda lineage of Sannyasins
(yogis / monks). For nearly ten years Lila has been studying, contemplating, integrating and sharing these teachings in her own life,
as well as with others.
What began as a simple Self inquiry, soon became an offering to those in quest of their soul's highest potential. Through her own dedication, devotion and perseverance, she has been guided into a world of service. A place where sharing life's wisdoms and Yoga teachings come as naturally as her breath.
"By merging my love for the Deaf community & Yoga, i am able to serve in a way that quiets my every desire, fills my heart and illuminates my Spirit.
i dedicate my life to bridging the gap between deafness, the hearing community and yoga," says Lila.
In October 2007 Lila Lolling founded the DeafYoga Foundation, a non-profit organization created to bridge the gap by teaching the ancient wisdoms of Yoga in American Sign Language and support Deaf people's efforts in becoming yoga teachers in today's world.
